Phil,

I saw a "winter" once. In fact spent 6 years in Northern Illinois before
I regained (defrosted) my brains and moved back to L.A. Anyway, "winter"
is the 9 months that your good car (in my case a new 911S Porsche) sits
in the garage and you drive some rusty old bucket of sh-t that's
probably no more than 7 years old. I guess it's ok, if your into pain.

BTW: Actually, the people in that state were just wonderful folks, and
treated a sun tanned new Californian pretty well. Couldn't ask for nicer
neighbors. I think I have neighbors here, cause I see there city Plastic
garbage cans every weeek, but that just might be a service they hired to
make you think you've got neighbors.
