Steve,

I've used Mother's Polish to remove overspray. Overspray (mist) should come
off fairly easy. If you're referring to something thicker, paintwise, you
may want to use something like Softscrub or some other mild abrasive made
to clean stainless steel or tile surfaces. Depends on how thick the paint
and how fast you want to get it off. Mother's does a great job. I've even
used it to get scratches out of plastic. It should be available at most
auto parts emporiums. Good luck.
