I've had very good luck with a place in Gettysburg, PA, called
Totally Stainless. They cater exclusive to the automotive hobby,
have an excellent selection, good prices, great service, and you
can order very small quanitities, although they do offer 20% off
for 100 or more of the same fastener. Their catalog is quite
detailed and well worth the $2 or $3 they charge for it.

Their number is (717) 337-2151. They also have a toll free #, but I
don't know what it is.
