I'm very confused right now. How can they change the emmisions standards
for a car 30 years old. These tests are suppose to measure the car
according to the standards they were built to. That hasn't changed since
1995. Something is fishhy here.
Second, the reference to the referee. If nothing failed, why would you
need to go see a referee?
Third, is everything stock in your carburration/ exhaust systems?
