Surprising that an engine with such a well thought out radiator installed
would still overheat at a standstill, though temps in the 90's will do in
many of our cars. Who knows? Maybe you've got the dreaded 'crud in the
back of the block' syndrome. I'd get an accurate temp guage first before
making any more changes, though.

P.S. I've heard from a number of local Tiger owners that 'Water Wetter'
really does work in reducing temperature.
