i'd like to see more on this to. mine just leaks like a sieve.
i went and took a quick peek at my SV box just now, and have this to
report. it looks like unbolting the "swing lever" and forcing it off of
the tapered splined shaft it is on wil allow a quick change of the
O-ring, the drawing showwing a small washer above the lever, before the
ring. according to the "book", the nut that holds the lever to the
tapered shaft is to be torqued to 75lbs. i see no trouble dropping the
lever, since it is connected on both ends to very flexible unions. i'm
just chicken to go twist that shaft to 75lbs when putting it back
together
