Jarrid,
Just to confirm, those numbers for stock cam timing are consistent with
the Rootes LCR manual sold by SS. Looks like duration is the main
difference between stock Rootes and a ' hot ' 68 cam. Don't know a whole
lot about camming so I can't comment on the regrind.
