To Ole and Bob - I met the guy who has bought the white propah alpine I
posted for sale on the list a while ago. We had a long talk over brunch
today and he really likes the car. We had a good look over the car and
it is in good shape. It has been changed to floor shift. He is trying to
connect up with other owners and has talked to a guy in England - I
think his name was Graham Brooks? who was extremely helpful.
The new owners name is Norm Marshall and his home number is
250-248-2774. He is an ex-brit from Yorkshire and also has a collection
of BSA's. So, if you own an early Alpine and would like to connect up
with this guy give him a call or email me your phone no. and I will pass
it on. He is not on the Net. He visits CA fairly regularly.
