Forget the rear bar, the SII and SIII springs are soooo stiff compared
to the IV and Vs that you will surely make things worse as far as
rear end lifting, and getting loose.

HMSA allows just about dead stock cars into the historics, and with
the obvious deficite of alpines, just about anyone could race with them.
They dont even require most of the normal safty equiptment.

HMSA runs this one, but the VARA folks will be in Palm Springs, so likely
not.
