While visiting a local used book store I picked up an issue of
Automobile Quarterly that has a couple of stories on Sunbeam Racing
history and Lord Rootes that look pretty interesting. I also picked up,
(and the reason for this post), a service manual for Hillman Minx Mark
VIII and New Minx that I figured someone on the list could use. It was
published by Scientific Magazines in NSW Australia in 1959 and covers
1955-1956 Mk VIII and 1956-1958 New Minx. It is fairly well worn and has
water stains on the bottom of most pages, but is very readable and the
pages are not damaged other than the discoloration. The price is $10. as
that is what I'll have into by the time I ship it. Jay Peterson
