In the meantime, have you checked the scanned (pictures only, no legends)
pages at TEAE's site: www.mindspring.com/~teae also replicated (with
thumbnails) at my site. You can retrieve them from your browser's cache
and keep them handy like I did (I use Paintshop Pro, which has an
image browser, see my Colophon in Attachments).
