Calendar Enthusiasts,
Tiger Tales, a CAT publication, has published an announcement of a 1998
Calendar. It is apparently being produced by our friends in New Zealand,
and contains a mix of Rootes products. The price appears reasonable,
especially as it includes packing and shipping.
You just know this has to be the real thing, if you note the addressee
Ian Gerrard. I wonder if Elvis is there too? Also, George Lucas appears
to be a participant by sending R2D2 (abbreviated to RD2 in Kiwi
short-speak).
My order is going in, even if I do have to waste a month staring at a
Humber Super Snipe. {8->

1998 Full Colour Calendar (400mm x 300mm)
The Sunbeam Owners Club of New Zealand has produced a limited production calendar featuring the cars and owners who took part in the Club's 25 year tour earlier this year. Cars featured include Tiger, Rapiers, Imps, Alpines and a Sceptre, all with NZ scenery.
