The rubber is one I got from our club about five years ago I'm not sure
where they got it from but I suspect Sumbeam Specs-I have a new one from
Sunbeam Specs that I think we'll try now in view of the problems we're
having

Yeah exactly! The edges of the chrome trim don't come forward far enough
to fit in their chanel in the windsheild to frame rubber. You can
imagine how frustrating this is. It'll be intersting to see if the new
rubber makes a difference.

Since I'm 12000 miles away I've decided not to ring you as I think Ma
Bell has enough money already. Yes I will need some parts in particular
I'd love some of your NOS safety belts- but unfortunately alll funds are
going into getting the car back on the road at present and saving for
the next Suni. Its going to cost my wife and I about $5000 in airfares
alone to get to Montana fro New Zealand-not to mention all the parts I
want to bring back (?? a Tiger)
Hope you are recovering well from your opertion.
