fuel pump

When I installed the fuel pump after an engine rebuild mine also did not
pump fuel. What had happened was that the lever had gone in below the
camshaft. By taking it out again and holding the lever up as the pump was
inserted we were able to get the lever to rest on top of the camshaft and
hence work. This may help if anyone comes across the same problem.
