On my old Mk II Tiger, I discovered much too late that a former owner had
once driven the car up a tree while loaded on acid (!?!). Whoever repaired
it removed the right front fender to pound it out (very badly), then
re-attached the fender. Unfortunately, he re-attached most of it too low in
relation to the hood. The entire length of the top of the fender from the
top edge of the hood to almost the bottom was a solid slab of bondo (1/3" to
1/2") to bring it up to match the hood.
