You'll never find a screw in at the auto parts store that will have the
correct threads "its not a pipe thread".

The AC PCV valve used on the alpine is can be disassembled.

The inards can be cleaned using carb cleaner, then re-assembled.

These buggers last forever, but do need cleaned from time to time.

If the insides are damaged or missing, you can use just the gutted case
as a fitting, and install a PCV from another car by cutting the PCV hose
and putting a suitable valve inline.

The PCV valve that you use should be from a 1600 to 1800 CC engine,
and should be something that you can put inline in the old hose.

If it looks like it will fit, it probably will work just fine.
