Sure, but not through the dist vac ports on the carbies.
These ports only get a mild vacuum ant partial throttle.
Running PCV through these would clog your progression holes,
which are the source of the vacuum.

Drill and tap a 1/4 NPT hole for a standard barbed hose fitting in the
common log between the carbs. Then put the PCV inline off a
later model side plate. Use also the later model oil filler
and put a filer inline with the air feed.

Make a "sock" out of polyester batting which is available from
a cloth store. Through it out when it get soiled.
You could use cotton too and oil it, but I dont know where you can
get cotton cloth that will pass air readily. K&N does it with oiled
cotton, but they use a special corrogated material to increase
surface area.
