Russell:

In a quick check of the parts manual, I found a part that matches the
above description described as a "packing piece for master cylinder"
(Plate A+B #111) However, it is not associated with the regular master
cylinder that you describe but with what appears to be a replacement
(and I can't find a listing for that cylinder - Plate A+B #96)
Go to the TE/AE site to look at these plates under "Brakes and
Controls".
