If by upside-down, you mean with the line fittings facing down, he'll get air
pockets in the booster that will be MURDER to bleed out. If, however, you mean
with the vacuum cylinder face down, and the lines coming out sideways, it
might work. Avengers and Tigers had the boosters installed at a rather steep
angle, but they preferred to mount them level whenever possible, such as in an
Alpine or a Humber.
