You'll like the car a whole lot more if you keep the Alpine steering.
The Tiger steering is NOT GOOD.

And, to use the Tiger rack, you'll either have to modify the Alpine
front crossmember or find a Tiger crossmember.

Sell the Tiger rack. Use the proceeds to buy whatever Alpine steering
parts you are missing. The Capri V6 will work with the Alpine steering.
