Single DCOE manifold

Mike Pierce of Pierce Manifolds somewhere in the San Francisco Bay Area
told me that he can still get the single DCOE manifolds. Maybe he knows
something we don't. On the other hand, until he actually has them in his
hands, maybe he knows too little.
