The problem occurs with incorrectly installed tops. I suffered
through the crisis of panels not closing until I loosened the material
around the sides. Now, every panel closes like it should.

And on the other end, I've never had problems folding it all the way down
and tucking it under the 3 hinged panels, so I never knew there WAS a
problem.
