Is this to say that the tailshaft of the OD has twisted, or that the
tranny mainshaft has twisted?
It is typical to twist the OD tailshaft during an eager burnout.
You may not need the full setup though.
Hint....
Half of a tranny OD combo is easier to procure than a whole one.
