Before you celebrate your savings, you should know that the lines shown
for series III onward on plate UA are both steel lines (1966 manual)!
(one of the lines is for the series IV automatic) However, there is a
third line listed but not illustrated, for "From B395003169 onward",
which would include your car and may be a flexible line. All it says in
the manual is "See Data 2A/340", but one clue is this pipe has an
additional clip to the clutch housing, something I think would only be
done with a flexible line. Checking the serial nos. of the people who
have flexible lines should tell you if they are original.
(The part no. is 1214742).
