I had this problem with my Series I. I got a replacement tank but it also
had some pin holes. A local radiator shop boiled it out and coated the
inside with some thick black goop. There were a few little dingle balls of
the goop hanging out of the pin holes when it was done and I was a little
worried about it but I drove the car for about a year and never had another
problems with leaks. I think it cost about $90 for the boiling and the
coating.
