If the squeeling is only when you accelerate the engine, then it is a loose belt or the belt needs to bed into its new application.

If the squeel is all the time, then the belt is really loose, or there is something a-miss in the pump.

The squeal that the pump impellor makes sounds somewhat different than that of the classical slipping belt.

More like the squeaking of disc brake pads when the rivets bed into the discs.
