I also am looking into replacing my windscreen when I have a shop get in
there to remove some rust problems I am having (not to mention the entirely
destroyed weatherstripping). My question is this, my existing is OK except
for several little pits, but is quite old. I understand glass gets fragile
with age and wonder if _good_ replacements are available and it would be
worth being pro-active and replace it while I have it ripped apart anyway.
Any suggestions?
