Oil pressure is 85PSI cold, and 70 PSI hot.

No, just normal oil starvation as a result of being able to attain
enough
G force in a turn to keep the oil out of the pump pickup.

Most entry level racers have experienced the problem, it is the result
of putting todays racing tires in a car that was designed to be slid
around the corners, and not driven.
