Dear List:

Sorry a couple of you felt I had spammed your list, which I admited up front I was doing but I tried to do it in a nice way because I thought it was: a. a good idea b. something your group would want.

While I admit there is some financial reward to me, that is not my main motivation. This type hat sells at car shows for appx. $10. What I am offering to you is the hat at my wholesale price (which usually requires 2 doz min purchase), $7.50 plus a chance to have the list earn a license fee I would pass on to whomever you say the $2.50. If you don't want the license deal the hat can be $7.50 plus postage. You get to buy at wholesale, order on an individual basis and have a hat that identifies you as a member of your list.

I contacted about 6 of the British groups and everyone else has been very receptive. If you don't think this is a good idea and a good value you can just pass.

BTW, I am a 210 lb. 49 yr old father of a college senior and both of us are car NUTS. I am not multi-level internet marketing company.
