The year (1963) probably doesnt help because so many Rootes cars sat on showroom floors for some time prior to being sold.
It could be a series II or a series III. Both series II and III are pointy fin types, but there are significant differences between the doors.
Series II and series III doors are both round cornered, but the series III doors have the side 1/4 window and the "square" window, where the Series II has only a chrome pillar that captivates the "round" type window.
Series III cars use the steel square hardtop, and the series II cars use the alluminum round hardtop.
