All these shocks as replacements are nice, but is it possible to get damping rate data on them to make a more appropriate choice than fit alone?

Like if I put in 335 lb/in springs on my alpine, I might want to double the damping to compensate for the higher spring rate.

Theres little joy in driving a car with too much, or not enough damping of the springs.
