I use a five-blade flex fan blade that Smittie recommended to me when I lived in San Diego. It is plastic molded on a metal plate. I had to enlarge the center hole a bit. Other than that it fit perfectly. It seems to the job really well. When you live in Baton Rouge and can say that your Sunbeam doesn't overheat in July, your saying something.
