Its a matter of preference, niether is inferior.
The rubber bushings will give a soft feel, and wont beat you up just driving around.
The solid bushings will deflect less, but will transmit more road vibration into the steering wheel.
Me, I'm gonna make my own bushings out of delrin, for some sort of compromise.
