Here in San Diego, the fix the Triumph club seems to have adopted is to add an electric cooling fan attached directly to the radiator.

The Roots people seem to favor a radiator with a three row core.

Some people use both.

I am pretty sure that the British simply did not appreciate how hot it gets, and stays, in some markets.

It could be a worn impeller in you water pump, too.
