My1965 Series IV Alpine has been part of my family since 1970 when I bought it as a second car for me to use for work down in Ft. Worth Texas. It had 29,000 miles on it and I was the third owner. I bought it from a pilot, who put 2 Stromberg CD150's on an otherwise stock Series IV. I have driven it continuously as a work car since then, although annual mileage has always been low. It now has 93,000 miles and went through a valve job and restoration in 1980. Otherwise, I just did normal maintenance (and have ALL the records). It is carnival red (although I put an Imron red close to carnival red on in 1980). I have also put a white racing stripe on it and a Parrish Plastics hard top. This car has been amazing. It starts every day!!!!

Question......It needs another partial restore job with the major need being replacement sheet metal for the rocker panels and the fender parts immediately adjacent to the rocker panels on both sides. What is a ball park price for that plus new paint?

P.S. You can see the car at http://www.voicenet.com/~tvoltagg Tom Voltaggio Team OS/2 - South Jersey USA tvoltagg(at)voicenet.com http://www.voicenet.com/~tvoltagg
