hubs for bolt on wheels?

If I decide to change from wires to bolt on wheels, what has to be changed?

I know the rear splined hubs have to be swapped with bolt style hubs. What about the front? Do I just take off the splined hub and put studs in the remaining hub? Or is there a different hub assy. needed with bearing races, ect?

I have a series II. Are they all the same or are the later ones different? What are they worth?
