Chris,

Tower Paint (1-800-779-6520) takes phone orders for spray cans of original enamel Rootes colors. They are about $9, and can be sprayed on special coated checkerboard panels available at PPG. PPG can then match the color with a new polyurethane mix. They can also look up the Chrysler-Rootes color code on the can and find the "near" equivalent. Matching is more exact. I sprayed 1/2 of the panel, and PPG sprayed the other half with their "recommended equivalent". Just like their catalog states, it is "somewhat darker". A direct match is about $25 extra. Another solution is to remove your hood release/heater cover panel and maybe the back-side is unfaded original. That can be matched as well.
