Check your mailboxes, the long awaited TE/AE newsletter, Rootes Review, is back on the street. Looks pretty good too.

Take the Letter from the President with a grain of salt, such inaction as YOUR president can't just be brushed away, like lint off a jacket. This is OUR club and decisions need to be made in OUR best interest as a club. I encourage all members to attend the United this October 8-12 for the fun that they always are, but also to address recent issues face to face with our president. This will be the best and most immediate forum to voice concerns about the club. The General Membership Meeting Rick refers to is on Monday and will undoubtedly involve the smallest (read: least hostile) number of members. I suggest finding a Regional Representative and/or Club Officer to voice your concerns to on Thursday or Friday and press for them to address these/your issues at the TE/AE Board Meeting to be held Saturday AM. All members are welcome to attend this meeting, however, Board Members are the only ones who are allowed to speak unless by special request.

I think all members should be involved as much as they can spare the time to do so. This is a worthy club, but it needs attention like all things if it is to sustain itself or to grow. Those with a voice will be heard, but the silent majority will get what they get.
