The company Fuel Safe (California) claims to be able to cut open and install a fuel cell bladder and then seal up the tank again. I know, from first hand, that they make excellent fuel cells from scratch (I had 'em make a custom bladder for my Formula Continental race car ($650.00), but I made the aluminum container for it. In their catalog, they show a fuel cell that they had put into a Porsche 911 tank.

Any one have this done to Apline or Tiger tank(s)?

This would solve the rust problem.
