Chrysler was much in evidence at the Monterey Historics (sponsor, big display tent, and Viper pace cars), and the Pebble Beach Concours (sponsor & tent). 'Looks like they're really making a play to become "America's Car Company". The new 300s look like a real turn-around in styling, too, with some nice retro touches.
I would have to work through the feelings I have about the last product of thieirs I owned (a Plymouth Volare), and the way they ran the Rootes Group into the ground in the '70s after doing away with the Alpine in the '60s. They may be back on the track, but their track record is still dismal as far as I'm concerned.
