I just noted in the latest R&T a reference to Jack Brabham. Has he ever
been interviewed about his involvement with and recollection of Alpines and
Tigers?
Also, a few years back, Chris McGovern and I were exchanging e-mails about
Alpine design and his new edition of his Alpine book he was working on.
His wife later sent me an e-mail telling me that he had a major heart
attack and have not heard anything from him or about him since. Does
anyone know how he is doing? He told me his new book was going to contain
a lot of new information not generally known that he obtained from
interviewing all sorts of people who were involved with Sunbeam. I'd like
to get in touch with him to offer my assistance in finishing the book. So
if there are any SAOC members out there who know how to get in touch with
him, let me know.
