All,
UPS has a great website that allows determining shipping charges. I checked
a 10 lb package from LA to St. Paul, MN and it comes to about $10. If Two
wheels could be taped/strapped together, the cost comes to $15 for two
wheels (20 lbs). So this makes Christopher's estimate of $30 for shipping
right on the money.
The UPS web site is www.ups.com.

Fellow Alpiners, I ship and recieve a lot of different sized and weighted
pieces of equipment fo rmy work. I would suggest to call 1-800-pickUPS for
misc
rates. Do not ship any thing as a general rule smaller than a car by
truck..
You may 1( never see it, 2( be busted when you get it, or 3( pay way to
much.. Fedx and UPS are my preferred small pakage carriers.
This is of course Interstate and not International.
