Why do you want the outside screw? The inside screw one will work too. I
bought the amber turnsignals which come in inside screw only. I found that
the screws that Rick sells with the amber turnsignals were just slightly
smaller than the threaded holes in the base so that I could screw them in
from behind. And the threads seemed to slide through suggesting that the
pitch was about the same. I probably did nick up the threads a little so
that if I ever go back to outside screws they may not hold as good as they
had. But, I certainly did not destroy the threads. And, since no one is
making new outside threads, I'm not sure that I will ever go back.
