There's nothing clever about this but it works! I made a dolly from an
old gas lawn mower I was going to discard. Rear of HT sits in foam on
bracket across engine and front rests on foam on handle (engine acts as
counter-weight). Normally, sits behind car and is wheeled out to rmove
car or do major work. Is still 2 person job to remove-replace without
damage risk. (I used up all ceiling and wall space organizing my
garage!)
