tires; convertible top retro brackets

Can you use 185 * 70 sr 13 on a stock series v alpine without worry of
cutting the tires on fender wells. I have been saving some gently worn
tires for this purpose and was wondering whether I should dispose of them
or not?
While perusing the rootes service bulletins on line I came across #67-5f4
concerning a gap between the top and rear vertical face of door glass.
The bulletin advised fitting replacement brackets with the following part
nos. 2220782 R.h. 2220783 l.h. Anyone know of these or where to get them?
