It helps to be able to lift the front of the car about a foot. I have a 3-view series of my 'train coming out on at the bottom of the front page of my Tomato site. A buddy is very helpful: one person controls the engine hoist and the other guides controls the car lift and guides everything through the hole. Pre-stress whatever ropes you are using so that they wrap the block tightly. Move in small steps, and you're done in a half-hour.
