If they not a local state company (non Californian for you Laifman's),
then you may be able to have them charged with interstate fraud. AND if you
can get them to mail you a bill directly, with an explanation of the
charges, and they still Lie.....Then you have a fellony Fraud by Mail...What
was it they said in the movie "The Firm"? Oh yes, that's "Five years, and
Ten Thousand Dollars per offence"....That could get their attention...The
FBI may be interested
Lets hope so!
In my state, (Washington State), the Attourney general has several cases
pending on what is called Slamming, where your LD carrier is changed without
your knowledge with unknown charges.....There are thiefs everywhere....
