bumber restoration

My bumpers are a little banged up (but not rusted) and I
would like to restore them to near new condition. Can anyone
recommend a service and give me an idea of cost. Or, am I
better off searching for used? In that case I am interested
in buying if anyone has a pair in very good or better
condition. I assume NOS or reproductions are not available -
correct me if I wrong. Thank you.
