I've done mine. I started by getting the big scratches out with a
rubber sanding wheel (from Eastwood) with 220. Areas that couldn't be
reached with it were done by hand. I then went to 320, then 400, 600
(all by hand), and then started buffing. Started buffing with emery
and sisal buff, then emery and cloth buff, tripoli and coth buff and
finished off with white rouge and cloth buff. Looks great. Time
consuming, but I saved about $75-100 doing it myself.
