Wheels and tools

I found an MGB around the block form my house that looks to be calling to
me. It has a nice set of Panasports. Will they fit my Alpine?

I got a little socket set in the parts I picked up in PA. They use an Allen
wrench for a drive mechanism. Has anyone ever seen these? Are they part of
an original Sunbeam kit?
